STORE POLICY

Silver Dragon Shop promises to bring you the most charming collection of one-of-a-kind items for you to enjoy. We will do our very best to fulfill your needs and provide you with a professional and knowledgeable customer service.

Payment Options:
  • PayPal is our preferred payment option because it is safe, easy to use, and secure. (You can send us your PayPal payment to: ayessalopez11@aol.com using any accepted credit card.) If you have any questions or need assistance, call (786) 307-5575.  
  • We also accept credit cards through Square (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Standard Shipping:
We ship via U.P.S. (United Parcel Service). Sorry, this carrier does not accept shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

-For In-Stock Items:  We ship the items directly from our store. 

-For Items Not In-Stock: If the item you ordered is not in-stock at the time of your purchase, it will be shipped from our warehouse. Please allow some additional time for delivery. Our Customer Service Representative will keep you informed by phone or e-mail.

Insurance Strongly Suggested:

We highly recommend INSURANCE for all your merchandise (particularly for all delicate or easily breakable items). When shipping U.P.S., we automatically insure you up to the first $100.00. After the first $100.00 dollars, additional insurance needs to be applied at your request and expense. 

If your item is insured and damage occurs during shipping, please call us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with U.P.S. 

Important:  Please note that in order for us to place an Insurance Claim with U.P.S., YOU MUST save the original box and packing material for U.P.S. to inspect them, as insurance will otherwise be void. We ARE NOT responsible for damaged merchandise or claims not being accepted by U.P.S., if the customer does not return the merchandise IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING, as requested. If you choose NOT TO INSURE your item, please note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for uninsured items that break in transit.

Cancellation Policy:
If an order that you placed needs to be canceled because the item you ordered is no longer available, you will be immediately informed by our Customer Service Representative by phone or e-mail, and a refund will be issued.

Rush Deliveries:
For all Rush Orders there is an additional shipping charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote that suits your expedited needs, subject to credit card approval.

Shipping Surcharges:
Occasionally, some heavy or oversized items may require additional shipping/handling charges. If this is the case with the item you ordered, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Representative to make arrangements as needed.

Shipping Days:
We ship weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, during normal business hours, to the 48 contiguous United States only. No shipping Saturday through Monday.

To Change or Cancel an Order:
Please contact immediately our Customer Service Representative at (786) 307-5575, if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped shortly after placement, so it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order. Once an item is shipped, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. Shipping charges are not refundable if shipment is refused after being shipped. If you wish to exchange an item, you must do so within 2 weeks of your purchase date, and the item must be returned to us in perfect condition and in THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE. 

Please note that YOU are responsible for the safe return of all merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is clearly the result of our error when shipping your merchandise. 

 
To Return an Item:
If you need to return an item, repack it carefully keeping it IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE.  For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise.

NOTE: If your item returned does not meet the above mentioned requirements, there will be no exchange or refund.

Damaged Deliveries:
If an item is received damaged, please notify immediately our Customer Service Representative at (786) 307-5575 within 24 hours so a claim can be processed. Please bring or ship the damaged item in the original box or package for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.

No International Orders:
Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We ship only to the 48 continental U.S. states. 
For the U.S. territories of Alaska and Hawaii, call our Customer Service Representative at (786) 307-5575 for shipping costs.

Mailing List:
If you wish to be included in our Store Mailing List to receive regular information about our new merchandise and special offers, send us your name and email asking to be included. We never sell, trade, or exchange any customer name, email address, or phone number with third parties.

We take great care to check the accuracy of all prices and information posted on our website; however, when occasional human or technical errors occur, please let us know. We will gladly correct the information when needed.
