ABOUT THE CHAKRAS

In the Eastern Philosophy, the Chakras refer to the seven (7) main energy centers of the human body through which energy flows daily to keep you alive and well. When your become stressed, too tired, or emotionally drained, those centers experience blockages which impede the normal energy flow. Those blockages manifest as illnesses, anxiety, sleep problems, aches, pains, nervousness, exhaustion, etc. Consequently, it is very important to find out if your chakras are working just fine, or if there are any energy blockages that may be compromising their normal activity.

THE CHAKRA SYSTEM

ROOT CHAKRA: 
Color: Red
Qualities:  Grounding, Stability, Support

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA: 
Color: Yellow
